As an IT Software Asset Manager at [xxxxx], you will:
  • Drive various software asset management projects and activities in collaboration with IT management and specialists.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, and assets, including financial management, data analysis, and negotiations with software and cloud vendors.
  • Establish and implement internal governance processes for IT contracts, vendors, and assets.
  • Interact successfully with stakeholders across different levels and functions within the organization.
  • Structure and simplify complex matters while maintaining flexibility, independence, and drive.
  • Qualifications
    To be our ideal candidate for the IT Software Asset Manager position, you should have:
  • A master's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or economics.
  • Relevant experience in IT sourcing, Software Asset Management, or contracting, with a track record of delivering strong results.
  • Solid people, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • On a personal note, the position of IT Software Asset Manager requires effective planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-up abilities. Self-motivation, results orientation, and the ability to collaborate across functions are crucial for success in this role.     IT Sourcing, Sustainability & TBM is a key driver in IT sourcing, contract and asset management activities on behalf of the global IT organisation in [xxxxx]. Furthermore, the department collaborates closely with procurement units and management teams responsible for IT projects and operation in Novo Nordisk.
