As Supply Manager, your primary responsibility is to be the face of [xxxxx] towards our external suppliers. Some of your daily tasks include:
  • Overseeing specialists working with supplier counterparts across quality, supply chain, and technology.

  • Building business cases and driving project initiation across various functions, such as capacity expansion, tool investment projects, supplier change, etc.

  • Acting as the bridge between [xxxxx] and our suppliers, taking charge of coordinating operational and tactical initiatives in partnership with Planning, Project Management Office, Global Strategic Outsourcing & Devices, and Device Manufacturing Development

  • Introducing innovative ideas aimed at enhancing our processes, thereby promoting efficiency, and achieving optimal outcomes for [xxxxx]

  • Ensuring a consistent and reliable supply while continually improving performance and fostering collaboration with our suppliers.

  • The primary activities are centered around Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) in Hillerød, with occasional international travel to visit suppliers. Qualifications
    To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related fields, combined with practical experience in supplier management.

  • Bring knowledge and experience in medical device manufacturing and are familiar with plastic moulding or at least a keen interest in technical matters or a desire to understand how production work and possess a consistent commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Are capable of adeptly interacting with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

  • Showcase proficiency in MS Office and BI tools and possess an analytical mindset.

  • Have a knowledge of the basic LEAN toolbox

  • Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • It would be considered an advantage if you have previous experience in project management. On a personal level, you possess a strong drive and enjoy taking charge. Prioritization and forward planning come naturally to you, and you find motivation in continuously enhancing and effectively optimizing our supply chain. Given your role’s extensive involvement with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, your ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels is crucial. You are a strong communicator and adept at negotiating, enabling effective interaction. Additionally, you are talented at presenting complex information and decision materials in a simple and clear manner.     You will join the Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) Supply Chain department in Hillerød, where almost 80 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We ensure the supply of a large number of components produced worldwide for our [xxxxx] A/S factories.
