The position
The Finance & Procurement team is responsible for driving the procurement agendas at the site in close collaboration with the management team. The team is focusing on standardization and the utilization of best practices.

The responsibilities in this role are:
  • Act as a procurement specialist on IFP HI Procurement, supporting line of business in their requirement for consumables (indirect purchases) or spare parts for maintenance and more.
  • Approve and challenge purchase requests from line of business to achieve competitive sourcing targets, while managing supplier relationships, including monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers.
  • Contribute to the overview of all IFP HI locally signed contracts/agreements and ensure compliance with [xxxxx] Procurement for Manufacturing (PfM) rules.
  • Managing the procurement process from end-to-end, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and processing invoices
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible price and delivery terms, plus build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Some of our more operational tasks such as creation of purchase orders and supplier follow up are handled by colleagues in India, and you will therefore collaborate with them.

    Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you possess:
  • A master's degree in business administration or a bachelor's degree combined with relevant experience from procurement, supply chain management, project management or similar.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills based on a data driven approach.
  • Strong planning skills to create forecasts, calculate order quantities to prevent production stockouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills.
  • You have confidence and ability to obtain, analyse data and create business cases.
  • Experience with ERP Systems (SAP ECC), BSM systems (Coupa), Tableau, PowerBI, is desirable.
  • Experience within GMP pharmaceutical production processes and business is desirable.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

    Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in [xxxxx] is seeking 2 Procurement Professionals to IFP site Hillerød (IFP HI). IFP represents a global part of the [xxxxx] organization, with factories in Denmark, China, Brazil, France, and USA. The factory is a growing organization of around 1,100 people with on-going plans for expansions. This is an opportunity to join our Finance & Procurement team.

    The Finance & Procurement team is anchored in IFP HI, Business Support. We are responsible for maintaining and developing the site’s procurement process.
