What we offer:

As the Senior Functional Product Owner (SFPO) for Air/LCL (Less-than-Container Load), you will play a pivotal role in managing Maersk's processes related to specific product groups within the designated L1 process area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and drive the purpose and vision for the assigned L2 Air/LCL process area. This role will be part of the Global Process Leadership team.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the assigned service mode (TbM).
  • Define overall process design down to L5 level and establish connections with other processes.
  • Establish process objectives, targets, and measurements to assess and improve process maturity and operational success. Collaborate closely with the Business Change team for Air/LCL.
  • Adhere to process governance standards and ensure daily execution aligns with processes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Process Map library for the L2 processes and associated levels.
  • Guide prioritization and sequencing of changes & requests affecting the process domain, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Define and implement Business Policies for standardization across the process landscape.
  • Review, approve, and communicate process changes, improvements, and training plans.
  • Prepare the roll-out and further improve Cargo Wise 1 globally and Work closely with Air/LCL Product teams on the Cargo Wise implementation.
  • Continuously improve processes based on frontline/execution input.
  • Monitor risk and control environment to ensure great outcomes are achieved both for the customer and Maersk.
