Technical Services at [xxxxx] is responsible for all hands-on activities within these business areas.

Primary responsibilities

In this position, you will have the day-to-day management of competent engineers in Denmark. Your primary task will be to not only lead and develop the department but assist in the daily work to ensure a good and motivating working environment. You will be overall responsible for any incoming tasks and coordinate Technical Service operation in corporation with the Team lead of Field Services within [xxxxx]’s business areas.

You will be determining any incoming electronic and mechanical task, develop work schedules and delegating the specific tasks as well as setting individual goals for the MRO Engineers, all this in corporation with the employees and relevant stakeholders.

• Keeping up-to-date with supported products and developments
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
• Use the electronic and mechanical knowledge in the department for assistance in development of new products, maintenance/repair in existing products and other OEM products, and provide the input in a structured and presentable way to key stakeholders
• Assist in Business Development and optimizing the MRO concept as part of Technical Services
• Being a part of [xxxxx] and customers quality requirements and ensure they are visual and implemented/followed
• Be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
• Ultimately, lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals

How to succeed in this position?

You have a relevant degree in engineering or related electronic/mechanical discipline and equivalent work experience.
Your background has given you some knowledge of quality, technology, repair and maintenance, and you have probably worked as a manager for a few years.

• You are familiar with IT at user level and have good language skills in English
