The position As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the PMO support team providing support to program and project managers. Your focus will be on participating in a cross-organizational project anchored in the Packaging PMO support team. The overall project team will be responsible for the implementation of highly innovative packaging lines. As you can expect, the role comes with a wide array of tasks, but we have put together a list of your main responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables between project team members and stakeholders outside the project.

  • Collect and compile input for monthly reporting on key deliverables, milestones, financial spend, and project risks.

  • Support the project manager and the project team with filling out and maintaining documents related to the projects, budgeting, and creation and updates of project plans.

  • Coordinate between different stakeholders when changes occur in the projects and ensure that all relevant documents are controlled and followed up on.

  • Be part of creating and maintaining tools, templates, and “ways of working” together with PMO team colleagues.

  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:
  • A degree in export engineering or a similar field; or experience as a project coordinator.

  • Flair for or prior knowledge about working in projects and a desire to learn about the technical aspects of packaging projects.

  • Courage and drive to engage with many stakeholders.

  • A natural preference for being supportive to a project manager and project team.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • It would be considered an advantage if you also have:
  • Experience working within a regulated/pharmaceutical environment.

  • Experience with creating and working with templates and standard work.

  • Experience within process development and implementation of production equipment.

You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn, and can navigate even when the path is not yet well described. You have strong execution, communication, and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organization. About the department Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is responsible for the industrialization of all medical devices at [xxxxx]. We are an end-to-end corporate organization developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the product, developing, and implementing the production equipment at the production site all over the world, and developing innovative and digital solutions to our processes.
