Execution Project Manager for Manufacturing Expansions

The position
In this role you will become part of the Finished Product (FP) Module, which is responsible for developing and implementing new technology standards for [xxxxx] CAPEX projects around the world. You will be responsible for 1-2 designated expansion sites in- or outside of Denmark. Together with a designated Process- and Engineering Lead from your own department, you will collaborate closely with local site leads to ensure a smooth project execution.
You will also support the module lead, be the key point of contact between the module and the Future Standard Project Management Office (PMO), join board meetings and keep stakeholders up to date, ensuring they have access to updated data. You will be expected to drive improvements within the module as well as liaise with other Execution Project Managers to share learnings and align across modules. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidates should have:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management or another related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and changes in design and manufacturing methods.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Other than that, in your personal life, you are a problem solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. With strong organizational and leadership skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can effectively manage cross-functional teams. About the department
