As a Project Partner in Development Sustainable Business, you will be part of shaping the IntroDay for new colleagues joining and welcoming them to a new career in . You will drive engaging projects to make us a world-class sustainable employer. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, and drive reporting and communication across the EVP area. Your responsibilities will be: Managing the monthly IntroDay in close collaboration with the engaged team, to ensure smooth execution. The IntroDay covers 4 EVP areas located mainly at Site Søborg Manage and develop the Site Community engagement across all Development DK sites to drive engagement and nurture a community spirit Lead projects across the Sustainable Employer portfolio Drive continuous reporting and communication to senior management and key stakeholders to track progress and drive commitment Take part in shaping and developing a new business area, creating an inclusive working environment
To succeed in this role, you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field in combination with 5+ years relevant work experience, preferably from a global company. Pharma insights can be an advantage. Solid project management expertise with a strong track record of driving projects of a strategic character as well as change management initiatives. Experience with collaboration across functions and organisational levels including experience in interacting with senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Analytical skills and data quality mindset.

Development is an Executive Vice President area in Novo Nordisk, responsible for developing and maturing innovative treatment solutions in the form of drugs, devices, and digital companions to improve lives of people with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases, with a strong ambition to be the best in the world at doing this.
In Development Sustainable Business, we drive the Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion agenda, combined with our capacity and global footprint planning and execution. In addition, we are responsible for site coordination and management of local Danish sites, and offer on-site technical and facility support. The position provides an exciting learning and career opportunity, as you will be joining a high-performing team working with stakeholders across .
