As a Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for scoping, initiating, planning, executing, and following up on key scientific events that aim to engage Health Care Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in value-adding and impactful scientific dialogue to improve outcomes for patients within various therapy areas. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating closely with Global Medical Managers, affiliates, and external agencies
  • Ensuring cross-functional alignment for successful global events
  • Communicating event metrics and achievements to relevant stakeholders in an impactful way
  • Working on strategic projects to improve and innovate medical education offerings, considering optimal formats, the needs of Health Care Professionals, and strategic business objectives
  • Qualifications
    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strategic mindset who is passionate about project and stakeholder management and who challenges the status quo to always ensure significant results. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who:
  • Has a Master's degree in business, communication, global health, education, or related fields
  • Has relevant experience in cross-functional project and event management
  • Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, even under pressure and changing priorities
  • Is fluent in both spoken and written English
  • You bring a can-do attitude, a healthy sense of humour and a positive mindset to your work. Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and responsibility for your projects. About the department
