Visionary and strategic leadership for Data Architecture & Governance
Out of BEC’s headquarters in Roskilde, you head three central areas, i.e., leading a team, taking ownership of data processes and governance, and setting the direction for your team’s deliverables. Together with 8 experienced data and information architects that report directly to you, and 16 strong data stewards in various parts of the business domains, you ensure that your area not only live up to expectations, but is in the forefront of events.
Based on your engaging and role-leading stakeholder management, you enforce a continuous focus and support to ensuring best-in-class data management. Other tasks and responsibilities include to:

- ensure compliance with legislation, governance, and business needs.

- drive efforts to improve data quality and sharing, ensuring reliable and owned data.
- maintain transparency in decisions, progress, and results.

Professionally, you have experience within your area of expertise as your experienced team will look to you for advice and support. Your experience includes following:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in data management and governance, preferably including experience from regulated environments.
- Proven expertise in leading data governance rollouts and transformations.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience in navigating and managing large-scale data architecture structures and governance.
- A successful track record in making impactful decisions about data management and governance.
- Fluent in English, and able to work out of Roskilde, Denmark.
