We offer an exciting and challenging position where you will play a significant role in ensuring high quality ESG reporting, hereby positioning [xxxxx] as a sustainability leader among investors, regulators and all other external stakeholders. As an ESG Reporting Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Preparing [xxxxx]’s ESG reporting, including the Sustainability Statement in the Annual Report, external quarterly company announcements and internal reporting to Executive Management
  • Driving the implementation of the disclosure requirements in CSRD incl. collaborating closely with stakeholders around the business
  • Driving the integration of ESG data from acquisitions into [xxxxx]’s ESG data
  • Managing and developing the ESG IT infrastructure incl. investigating IT systems
  • Improving our internal ESG control environment

  • Qualifications
    The ESG space is undergoing a revolution. To succeed in this position, you must thrive in a high pace environment, where things are anything but at steady state. Preferably, you have one or several of the following professional experiences, combined with a can-do attitude:
  • A bachelor's or master’s degree related to ESG topics, business, accounting or auditing
  • Experience working with Sustainability, ESG reporting or as an ESG consultant
  • Knowledge of methodologies and frameworks pertaining to ESG reporting, (such as GHG Protocol, CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc.)
  • 3+ years of working within financial reporting/controlling or auditing and possessing an interest in utilising your financial experience within the ESG space
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good project-management skills
  • About the department
    You will be part of ESG Reporting, which is located at our headquarters in Bagsværd outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. ESG Reporting is a part of the Finance organisation and we are on a journey to align ESG reporting with financial reporting. Due to the diverse nature of ESG data, the ESG Reporting team has extensive collaboration across many different departments in [xxxxx]. ESG Reporting is a part of Corporate Accounting, which is headed up by Corporate Vice President Trine Haastrup and consists of approx. 45 engaged employees consisting of a great mix in, age, gender and nationality.
