The Position

Your primary task will be to support the production and ensure a stable production with quality consciousness. This includes presence in the production, systematic problem solving, deviation handling and a responsibility to ensure ongoing update of instructions and procedures so they fulfil current GMP requirements and follow manufacturing procedures.

When sudden challenges arise in our production, it will be your responsibility to ensure that action is taken so problems can be solved fast, efficiently and on the right quality level. In this way, we often get to be the people who gets everything up and running again – with the dedicated help of all the experienced operators, technicians and other supporters.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor or master’s degree with a Technical field like Mechanical engineering (or natural sciences) or alike.
• Preferably but not required, a couple years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• The right approach for working in a GMP regulated area.
• A proficient level in English and Danish, or willing to learn Danish in the close future.

As a person you have a technical mindset and are quite problem solver. You thrive in a dynamic environment where there are always more problems to solve and tasks to dive into. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the business is a prerequisite. You work independently, and you are able to make fast decisions that doesn’t compromise the quality or innovative thinking.

It is required that you are outgoing and have good interpersonal and communication skills as you will be working with several stakeholders and professions.

About the Department

The department 114 (BRD FP KA Packaging) is located in Kalundborg and the 91 engaged employees ensure that our packaging lines are manufacturing glucagon and haemophilia products, ready for shipment to our patients around the world.

You will be a part of our packaging support team of 11 colleagues - Pharmacists, Biotechnologist and Engineers. As a team, we have a strong team spirit to help each other and at the same time work across the organisation to create best possible results. Together, it is our responsibility to support and continuously improve our packaging lines to perform better tomorrow than we did yesterday while remaining on a high compliance level.

Our workday unfolds in an environment where the pace is high, and our contribution to the delivery of products is felt on a daily basis.
