The position
As our EM Equipment and Systems Lead in Bagsværd, you will be part of a team that ensures the smooth operation of our systems and equipment. We are on a very exciting compliance, digitalization, and innovation journey in our facility.   • Ensuring equipment is performing as intended and maintains stable operations

  • Analysing data to identify and lead optimization initiatives

  • Participating in or leading both small and large projects – often in close collaboration with suppliers

  • Managing scope, plan, resources, and project risks and securing timely execution of your projects

  • Ensuring that your projects stakeholders are always involved and informed

  • Moreover, you will be tasked with creating and updating operational and qualification documents and establishing the validated state of systems by qualification and verification. You will also receive technical assignments e.g. change requests. As an EM Equipment and Systems Lead you will lead systematic problem-solving investigations and handle more complex deviations. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A MSc or PhD degree within natural science combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience with above mentioned responsibilities

  • Experience with LEAN, optimisation and troubleshooting on systems is an advantage

  • Experience with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry or preferably Aseptic Production

  • Experience with project management including cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and deliverable tracking is a an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish

    About the department
    The team Environmental Projects & Support, is a part of the department EM & Production Support in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Bagsværd. The department’s objectives are, among others, operation, and improvement of environment monitoring of the production.
