The Position As a Marine Engineer, you will participate in our project activities in M3 expansion. You will be a part of a maintenance team consisting of blacksmiths, calibration technicians, electricians, and support functions. We are overlooking the construction of our new facilities and have a big part in handover from construction to actual production. We will value our new colleagues’ expertise for setting up good maintainability and helping in running the backbone of our manufacturing capabilities. The main tasks will be to:
• Ensure operational readiness in collaboration with blacksmiths.
• Conduct quality risk assessment on component level.
• Constantly focusing on doing strategic work.
• Technical knowledge regarding maintenance, preferable with pharma experience
• Have a certain knowledge about technology trends within mechanical systems or profound knowledge of mechanical components.
• Hit the right level of maintenance for a specific mechanical component. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A bachelor’s degree in marine engineering (maskinmester) or similar field.
• Technical knowledge and solid experience regarding maintenance in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with documentation such as maintenance plans, spare part listing BOMs, and similar.
• Insights into technology trends within mechanical systems or profound knowledge of mechanical components.
• Fluency in English. On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, like being part of technical discussions and are willing to work with the end goal in mind. Being able to thrive in a multicultural environment that demands independence to make critical decisions is essential part of this role.
