The position The Utility Support team is looking into a future where we will be supporting and contributing to many larger facility projects across our facilities. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that equipment and processes are in compliance with regulatory demands at all times, supporting the implementation of state-of-the-art technology that will make us ready for an interesting future. This includes mechanical and automation design, setup qualification and of course the mandatory documentation that will be crucial in your reports and when you analyse your test data. Expect the job to be a mix of minor and major rebuild projects and daily operations. Qualifications Your background is technical or from within the natural sciences, like engineering or a MSc. in chemistry or similar. Some experience in working with manufacturing equipment and/or automation design from large scale production lines in a GMP environment would be an advantage. But also newly educated candidates are relevant for our development and future. We are looking for a candidate with a high degree of personal initiative, who is professionally curious and proud to deliver work of the highest quality. This position allows you to achieve expertise within qualification and validation processes across a diverse and complex manufacturing chain. About the department Purification Plant Production Support (PPPS) is located in Kalundborg – here, about 140 colleagues organised in different teams work together to ensure the safe purification of our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) that make up the backbone in many of the [xxxxx] quality products. The Utility Support (US) Team that you will be part of, is also anchored here. The Utility Support team main responsibility is to support the daily operation of Ethanol, Purified water and Nitrogen use throughout and across the four plants that make up the collective Purification Plants (PP) and ensure support for a range of projects around new facilities, apart from deviation prevention and optimisation changes to our setup. You will have 10 immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds.
