About the department You will join the Graduate Management team, which is part of the wider Global Early Talent with in total 20 dedicated employees. We are anchored in Global Talent Acquisition (Global People & Organisation). The Graduate Management team is passionate, ambitious, informal and, most importantly, great team-workers focused on succeeding together. You will be covering for one of our Programme Managers who is going on maternity leave. In the team there are other Programme Managers you will be able to spar with, as well as the rest of the team who is always ready to help. The position The purpose of [xxxxx]’s Graduate Programme is to strengthen the pipeline of potential future leaders and specialists in [xxxxx] by attracting, recruiting, and retaining the best talents who have the potential to grow into key positions in the future to reach our purpose to drive change to defeat serious chronic diseases. As Graduate Programme Manager you will have the operational and strategic responsibility for both the Manufacturing Technology and Global Digital Business graduate programme tracks. This includes:
  • Running all the annual activities, as well as continuously improving and developing the programme tracks
  • Being responsible for the full recruitment process for the tracks and hiring 7-10 graduates per year.
  • Rotation management: ensuring effective and relevant rotations across the sponsoring areas. Rotations aim to fulfil current business needs and ensure a fast-track growth opportunity and learning journey for the graduate.
  • Talent Management: being responsible for designing and executing graduate touch-base meetings, performance management, goal s etting & evaluation, personal development activities including personal development workshop and support ex-boarding into a permanent position in Novo Nordisk after the 2-year programme.
  • Talent Development: providing ongoing sparring and coaching of graduates to ensure a steep learning curve and job satisfaction.
  • Corporate Partnerships & strong stakeholder relations with the sponsoring areas.
  • Additionally, you will also play an important part in aligning activities across the Graduate Programme and ensuring it continually stays relevant to contribute to the success of [xxxxx]. Qualifications We are looking for a colleague with solid global experience, preferably within the areas of people management, talent attraction, recruitment and/or people development. Interest or experience in areas dealing within production is considered valuable. The nature of the role requires a person with the following qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Good stakeholder management skills and relationship building with leaders, decision-makers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise in a busy workload.
