Associate Manager for packaging line in Kirke Værløse

The Position As an Associate Manager of our Packaging Line in Kirke Værløse, you will oversee 14 highly skilled Operators working day and evening shifts from Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for the daily operations making sure that we deliver on our production agreement with high quality. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring KPIs such as right-first-time rates, batch changeover times, and production efficiency.

Continuously improving processes and coaching your team to develop innovative solutions for enhanced performance.

Coordinating with key stakeholders, including planning, support teams, and project managers.

Recruiting, developing, and empowering your team to achieve their best.

Creating and maintaining systems and structures to ensure a high level of compliance.

Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance. To succeed in this position, you:

Have 2-3 years of a leadership experience preferably within production.

Hold a relevant educational background.

Are experienced in change management and as well as excellent stakeholder management

Have experience within Pharma or any other regulated industry (an advantage).

Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
