Build and enable solid processes and communication channels.

Support stakeholders across the world in adapting and complying with the standard.

Act as the point of contact and develop the governance to ensure maintenance of the generic validation schedule and the standardized validation setup.

Drive the process of implementing the refinement and improvement of the standard.

Assist in setting the strategic direction for the standard.

Facilitate workshops and ensure timely and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Proven track record within project management, preferably in a global organization.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in validation activities and best practices.

Ability to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Experience in setting strategic direction for projects.

Experience with LEAN and optimizations will be considered as an advantage.

As a person, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. About the department The Validation Standards department at [xxxxx] is responsible for developing a global validation standard for all new Fill & Finish facilities sites.
