As a Senior Manager for Digital Solutions, you will lead a team of about 5-10 employees and consultants ensuring a sound team atmosphere and development of the employees. You will get the opportunity to:
  • Demonstrate people leadership and development of the employees and team
  • Manage and be delegate system owner of the standard PMO systems and manage the project managers and system managers in DK and system management team in Global Business Services (GBS), India
  • Ensure a smooth implementation of integrations and roll-out of the standard project management systems globally, for example, Oracle Primavera Cloud
  • Develop digital solutions’ system strategies, secure budget and resources to support the management ambitions
  • Maintain a sound global stakeholder and standard systems landscape across Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) and other CAPEX project organizations in [xxxxx]
  • You will also get the chance to lead product management activities and ensure the systems stay relevant for global organizations, while maintaining compliance with [xxxxx] IT & Data protocols and standard processes. Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven record of people leadership and management experience
  • 10+ years project management experience and PMP/PMI certificate
  • A strong background in digital solutions and information technology
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing system strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Additionally, understanding of agile concepts and knowledge of CAPEX projects would be an advantage. About the department

This includes project scheduling, risk management, cost management, document management, change management, and more.
