The position As the Manager in Analytical Development, you will have the opportunity to lead one of our four analytical teams: The Chemistry & Spectroscopy team. Your responsibilities will include:

Heading a team of 15 chemists and technicians, responsible for developing and implementing new chemistry and spectroscopy methods on raw materials used at all [xxxxx] production sites.

Supporting the QC department with OOS investigations, deviations, and equipment and method-related issues.

Implementing new platforms for QC and finding innovative solutions for our QC departments facing an increased flow of materials.

Creating standard processes for different activities in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Driving continuous improvements and innovative solutions aligned with our business strategy.

Ensuring the team's performance, timely completion of activities, and compliance with GMP and corporate standards.

Following up on the team's performance, well-being, and development.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you:

Have leadership experience and a strong interest in people development.

Hold a degree in science or similar, supplemented with experience with GMP.

Have a structured approach to your work, can set the scene, and give direction.

Are fluent in both spoken and written English.

About the department You will join Material Manufacturing Development, Department of Analytical Development in Product Supply, Sourcing Operations, responsible for developing and supporting raw materials from late phase development to marketed production. The department consists of 50 employees organised in four teams.
