The Position As the Advanced EHS Professional in the Business Development & Operations team you will become a part of the CVP area called Manufacturing Development within Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (IFP ManDev). In this team we strive to be Trusted Business Partners to our stakeholders, through strong process execution, close collaboration, and delivering value-adding support or solve any challenges that arise. As our Advanced EHS Professional, you will work closely in the CVP EHS group and focus on driving the EHS Mgmt. of Change agenda across our expanding project portfolio in IFP ManDev and support on other operational and strategical EHS matters. You are expected to lead the improvement to a more robust process execution around how we manage changes for EHS from project activities and ensure awareness and understanding of these aspects across the organization. This should ensure that IFP ManDev create and scale solutions and projects that do comply with EHS requirements, in order to avoid higher costs and delays in project timelines retrospectively incl. impact on people’s safety. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the EHS Management of Change direction for the organization and driving the process confirmation, governance structures and awareness across IFP ManDev to make the project right the first time to ensure scalability through adequate EHS management of changes risk assessments by strengthening EHS Mgmt. of Changes compliance.
  • Incorporating EHS requirements in our newly rolled out Project Portfolio governance and platform as a pre-requisite for projects to progress through the PEM model.
  • Supporting project managers or others in assessing EHS impact and risks when introducing new equipment/technology, materials, work processes, or facilities.
  • Acting as EHS advisory on projects such as expansion, technology and compliance projects in collaboration with project managers and Subject Matter Experts, by supporting in fulfill EHS requirements and translate project complexity into tangible EHS risk assessments.
  • Collaborating closely with the CVP EHS group which currently consists of 3 employees to secure a strong alignment across the EHS field on operational and strategical matters and activities to stay compliant and secure EHS awareness and importance across IFP ManDev.
  • Moreover, you will be involved in facility capacity projects as EHS advisor and will become part of relevant EHS networks. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • MSc Degree in relevant field of engineering, business, life science or similar, combined with 2-5 years of relevant work experience around project management
  • It’s a plus if you have worked within the manufacturing or within the Environmental and/or Health & Safety (EHS) field
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset, as well as strong analytical skills and get quickly understand project scopes and link it to relevant EHS matters and considerations to be assessed, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships and communicate at all levels.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • On a personal level, you have a high degree of independence, and can structure and prioritize your work independently, while at the same time involve relevant colleagues. You enjoy interacting with stakeholders and building long-lasting relations across the organization. Moreover, you can facilitate value-adding discussions by having a good overview and strategic flair. About the Department IFP ManDev supports our global production sites by creating innovative improvements to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. As the Advanced EHS Professional to IFP ManDev, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the area. The area employees +700 people split into locations such as: Bagsværd, Søborg, Hillerød and Kalundborg; main place being in Bagsværd. You will be part of the Business Development & Operations team within the IFP ManDev Business Support that drives a broad range of activities across the area including management and admin support, financial planning, strategy, quality, facility management as well as environmental and health & safety initiatives. The team consists of around 20 multinational skilled and professional employees with a shared commitment to fostering a fun, motivating, and development-oriented team environment.
