As a Talent Acquisition Consultant your day-to-day work will be a varied mix of responsibilities driving end-to-end recruitments for an assigned business area in [xxxxx]. We are supported by sourcers (finding candidates) and administrators (managing systems and interview bookings) from AMS (our RPO) located outside Denmark. You will act as a trusted advisor by interacting and guiding the hiring managers through the recruitment process from start-up meeting and all the way to the final candidate selection. Along the way, you will lead, support, and challenge the hiring managers, while also ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will join a team of TA colleagues supporting DK-based hiring managers in R&ED/CMC area. Most of the recruitments in these areas are often characterised by high complexity and need for speed, which is why high curiosity to understand these areas, perseverance, strong process focus, and outside-the-box-thinking are required. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and sourcers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and consult with them on best practices, trends and challenges.
  • Support and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process in close alignment with Novo Nordisk standards & responsibilities.
  • Drive recruitment process tasks as understanding business strategy and the need for candidate qualifications and create job postings attracting the right talent.
  • Decide on timely recruitment and sourcing strategy and conduct interviews.
  • You will be part of a mini-team supporting a DK-based business area but attracting talent globally to Denmark. Qualifications We are looking for a new colleague, who holds a bachelor’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, chemistry or life sciences or similar.

    We expect you to have:
  • 2+ years of experience from owning and running the end-to-end recruitment cycle, handling a high level of hires per year (+70-100 hires).
  • Strong process/project management skills and able to prioritise a busy workload in a structural way .
  • The ability to work autonomously, think on your feet and navigate with a sense of urgency in a very dynamic business landscape.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish language skills are a plus.
  • Any recruitment experience within pharmaceutical, biotech industry and/or R&ED or other high complexity roles is highly advantageous. The same goes for competency-based interviewing experience. Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes simultaneously, while at the same time creating lasting trustful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area and team. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing. You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible here-and-now solutioning and you manage to keep the overview while dealing with details. About the department

As Global Centre of Excellence, Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting and hiring the best diverse talent to meet [xxxxx]’s current and future talent needs. Our primary base is in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites, primarily Måløv, Søborg and Gentofte supporting our assigned business areas.
