[xxxxx] is investing more than DKK 60 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases. To support this growth, we need new colleagues to keep track of our investment projects.
Right now, we are looking for several new colleagues to join our team simultaneously, so we can create a joint onboarding program and train everyone in the needed skills. We would therefor welcome applications from any candidates with experience, education, and interest in either investment project controlling, cost engineering or risk management and we will evaluate how your profile fits into the open positions’ requirements.
The open positions are primarily based in the growing Project Controls team in PS API Investment Project Office (IPO) but can also be part of Business Support for our current factory operations. IPO consists of four separate teams, and we have the responsibility for cost, schedule, risk, and support to project governance. Our culture is open, engaged, curious and inclusive. Presence on-site in Kalundborg is expected no less than 3 days/week.
No relocation budget will be provided for these positions.
The positions
As our new Project Controls team member, you will be responsible for managing financials within direct project execution. Depending on your profile, your day-to-day areas of responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining, developing, monitoring, and executing cost controls with your stakeholders

  • Drive the efforts on project cost control including commitments against budget, analysis support of cost status and forecasting

  • Collect, consolidate and analyse project cost data

  • Manage the commitment management process in collaboration with Procurement

  • Liaise with the affiliate finance function to establish expectations and deliverables

  • Perform monthly forecasting and provide input to bi-annual budget submissions

  • Perform project contingency management

  • As our new risk coordinator, you will be responsible for managing risk management work together with a team of risk coordinators across the capacity expansion project.
    Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with project organisation to identify and assess project risks

  • Support in developing risk management plans and mitigation strategies

  • Maintaining and updating risk register and database

  • Providing regular updates and reports to project management and stakeholders

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of risk management strategies and actions

  • Capability training and contributing to the general risk awareness

  • Proactively seek out opportunities for process improvement

  • Build a broad network in [xxxxx] with regular contact with many different stakeholders in the areas of the business to govern solutions within the projects

    To thrive in these positions, we imagine you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Project Management, Business development or Risk management and have 2-3 years of practical experience maybe from a long-term student position or from a full-time job. You might also have a different educational background, but with the experience to make up for it.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and management

    In Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) we produce the insulin and GLP-1 used to treat diabetes and obesity patients all over the world. Expanding our capacity to serve even more patients is rapidly transforming and expanding our sites and number of production facilities.
