If so, you could be our next accounting compliance partner The Position As our new accounting compliance partner, you will work with key stakeholders and colleagues from the project controls teams in the major investment projects at site Kalundborg as well as important stakeholders in our corporate positions. You will be responsible for providing assurance based on [xxxxx] global controlling landscape. You will be tasked with ensuring that financial, fraudulent, and regulatory compliance risks have been properly mitigated and policies have been adhered to. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing financial and operational risks and proposing recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Analysing end-to-end business processes and control procedures to gain an in-depth understanding and identify shortcomings.

  • Ensure audit readiness and advising the organization on optimizing and strengthening financial processes and internal controls including process confirmations.

  • Determining depreciation strategy and outlining of project asset capitalisation strategy for the projects for when the sites are going into operation.

  • Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures

  • Bring the necessary awareness of business ethics principles to the projects.


  • In this role you will become trusted and valuable business partner to the PA API Expansion organization and other stakeholders. As a key team member, you'll play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing relationships across our entire organization. This role is located in Kalundborg, Denmark. However, the position is flexible, and it is possible to work from other locations some days per week. Qualifications We are looking for an auditor or someone who have similar experiences who gets energy out of working with translating accounting rules and standards into practises and make it understandable for the rest of the project organisation. We imagine that you have:
  • An MSc in finance, accounting, or similar.

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.

  • Ideally experiences from working with capex projects.

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Great communication skills, both in writing and oral.

    In Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) we produce the insulin and GLP-1 used to treat diabetes and obesity patients all over the world. Expanding our capacity to serve even more patients is rapidly transforming and expanding our sites and number of production facilities.
