Production Project Manager

The position As a Production Project Manager in our campaign support team in Emerging Technologies, Oral Product Development (OPDev) Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for managing new product entries from late phase development to phase III clinical production in our GMP facility. Some of your key activities include:

Playing a crucial role in optimizing production processes for large-scale GMP production

Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of production projects

Developing and maintaining project plans, including collecting inputs and ensuring timelines

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones

Your role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you:

Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Possess proven experience in project management within a GMP production environment

Demonstrate strong knowledge of GMP regulations and requirements

Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Display proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience with tablet production. On a personal level, you possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, seamlessly managing cross-functional teams. You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. About the department The OPDev Clinical Operations department is located at site Måløv. It consists of 91 employees distributed across six teams. Our campaign support team consists of 15 employees, including professionals, specialists, and technicians who are responsible for producing tablets and ensuring a successful transfer of new products from late phase development to our large scale GMP facility.
