As a Global Scientific Dialogue Partner, you will be responsible for various tasks including external vendor contracting, project budgeting and forecasting, project closing and starting projects. Your responsibilities will also be to:
  • Drive core processes and align with stakeholders across the portfolio to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure ethical and compliance steps are understood and relevant approvals are in place for healthcare professional (HCP) engagements.
  • Plan and execute strategic and life-cycle dependent medical education events and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Manage project budgets and provide performance reporting to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs (GMA) directors to secure realistic costs and timely milestone approval.
  • Support the congress student team to enhance their learning experience.
  • The period of the maternity cover is 1 August/September 2024 to 1 April 2025. Qualifications
    To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in business, event management, pharma, or a relevant area.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and events management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to drive performance and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • As per the soft skills requirements, the ideal candidate is expected to have proficiency in cross-functional processes, strong communication and people skills, and a flair for compliance will be a plus. About the department
