As a Global Scientific Dialogue Partner, you will be responsible for various tasks including external vendor contracting, project budgeting and forecasting, project closing and starting projects. Your responsibilities will also be to:

Drive core processes and align with stakeholders across the portfolio to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Ensure ethical and compliance steps are understood and relevant approvals are in place for healthcare professional (HCP) engagements.

Plan and execute strategic and life-cycle dependent medical education events and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Manage project budgets and provide performance reporting to ensure successful execution.

Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs (GMA) directors to secure realistic costs and timely milestone approval.

Support the congress student team to enhance their learning experience.

The period of the maternity cover is 1 August/September 2024 to 1 April 2025. Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

A Master's degree in business, event management, pharma, or a relevant area.

2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and events management.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Strong project management capabilities.

Ability to drive performance and manage stakeholder relationships.

As per the soft skills requirements, the ideal candidate is expected to have proficiency in cross-functional processes, strong communication and people skills, and a flair for compliance will be a plus. About the department
