As our Senior Business Partner, you will be focused on Performance Management, and work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization. As we are scaling our production areas to be able to serve even more patients, ensuring that we are performing according to expectations, becomes increasingly more important. This job will build upon your existing expertise in stakeholder, communication, and performance management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our performance management systems are capable of setting the right direction for the years to come. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving excellence in our performance management systems across our area and bringing it to the next level

  • Acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders when it comes to performance management

  • Translating complex concepts and future visions into tangible plans and value propositions

  • Responsibility for our deployment of strategy towards our production sites around the world

  • We offer you an opportunity to daily build significant industry knowledge within the pharmaceutical sector and be exposed to a broad range of stakeholders. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • An academic degree within a relevant field e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar combined with excellent communication, facilitation, and visualization skills

  • Several years of experience with performance management, preferably with a strong toolbox from either management consulting, a similar recognized in-house strategy/PM office, business development or similar

  • Experience with senior stakeholders interaction and ability to transform input and opportunities into concrete actions

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage

  • Professional proficiency in English


  • As a person, you have great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Your problem-solving approach allows you to drive change and improve processes. You understand the importance of clear communication, especially when engaging with various stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and ideally, you have experience from working in a global environment.     IFP Performance and Portfolio Management is a part of IFP Business Development and Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing area consisting of +50 people from approx. 18 different countries. We are responsible for Performance Management including Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy Deployment across IFP.
