The position As QA Senior Professional, you will in this role together with the QA colleagues setting new standards and processes and be responsible for core QA tasks in the team. Your responsibility
  • Establish a foundation for document and record management in integration projects.
  • Establish training set-up for the team and others in CMCQA working with Integration.
  • Manage Change Control for new acquisitions into CMCQA.
  • Establish new SOPs and forms (Q-Doc editor)
  • Support the QA Integration team in various tasks.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Hold a master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, biology, Engineering or similar.
  • At least 3 years QA experience from a pharmaceutical company and preferable within pharmaceutical product development and CMC activities.
  • Hands-on QA experience in Document management, Change control, GMP training management.
  • Have a structured way of working, are solution oriented and have a can-do attitude.
  • Have ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Outgoing and self-driven personalities, that take the initiative, are agile and embrace new ways of working.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably work experience from international environment
  • About the department CMC QA Integration is a new team in CMCQA with the overall QA responsibility for merger and acquisitions taking over from due diligence and deal, drive the transition, initial integration, and handover to the CMC QA Project organization. You will become an important player in our small dynamic team consisting of competent people with long experience within product development and quality assurance of IMP. The department is characterized by a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and cooperation.
