The position In this position as Global Training Administrator, you will ensure stability and quality in our training administration support setup. You will act as first line support for internal customers seeking advice on topics related to training administration. We want to excel in providing our customers with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration. Timely and accurate responses are therefore the key in this role.Your main tasks will include:
  • Deliver professional first line support to our internal customers globally
  • Support an increasingly agile workforce in minimizing time spend on maintaining training content across [xxxxx]
  • Anchor key knowledge in supported processes and share learnings with relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Be curious and ready to identify optimization and standardization opportunities in our support setup for the benefit of our stakeholders
  • Participate in optimization and standardization projects in the team and together with our customers
  • Seek inspiration from new technology solutions to deliver the best possible service experience for customers
  • You will be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with internal customers, your team members as well as our colleagues in [xxxxx] Global Business Support in Bangalore, India. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who has a natural interest and understanding of the training administration process and the flow for training and document management. Additionally, the ideal candidate:
  • has experience from other administrative roles within training administration, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
  • is familiar with GMP requirements, ideally for the training process
  • has 2+ years of experience working in an international environment
  • has flair for and a natural interest in IT systems (we use LMS system)
  • is fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written
  • From a personal standpoint, you possess a user-centric mindset and are a valuable team player, known for your high energy and collaborative can-do attitude. You have a strong drive to succeed, and you are not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo when necessary.To excel in this position, you must be adaptable and energized by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and topics simultaneously. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will allow you to work efficiently with global stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Last but not least, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.
