If so, then you might be our new Analytics and Reporting Business Partner working as part of the Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) Sustainability Analytics and Reporting Department at [xxxxx]. The Position As an Analytics & Reporting Business Partner, you will ensure and transform high-quality analytics and reporting, positioning [xxxxx] as a sustainability leader among investors, regulators, and other stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between sustainability experts in areas like energy, water, waste, nature, and CO2 emissions, and data analytics. Your role is pivotal in linking environmental reporting (ESG, Scope 3, CSRD, LCA, and EU Taxonomy) with digitalization and data foundation, delivering Sustainability Business Intelligence. As part of the Analytics and Reporting team, your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Manage and build analytics and insights through the newly formed PSQIT Sustainability area in Analytics and Reporting.

  • Build and bridge data and analytics between the new Environmental reporting programme by delivering insights and analytics (business intelligence) towards top management.

  • Build strategic partnerships and set direction for environmental data analytics across [xxxxx].

  • Become the partner and support to the department director by leading the data translation into value use cases.

  • Share learnings of how to benefit from advanced environmental analytics at management level across PSQIT through e.g. digital scans.

  • ‘Sell’ opportunities from Data Analytics and identify opportunities, and manage the pipeline of use cases from where business critical decisions can be made.

You thrive in a high pace environment, where things are anything but a steady state and especially where no to little guidance is available. The right candidate should have the following skills:
  • A master’s degree related to Economics, Engineering, Business intelligence, Management or similar.

  • Proven track record (+3 years of experience) in preparing, analysing and designing data analysis and insights (either by the use of scientifical approaches or analytical solutions) preferably within the space of sustainability or reporting.

  • Translational skills building frameworks and design solutions on very little to no background guidance and at the same keep the overview and holistic approach to environmental reporting.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a high drive to test new techniques, technologies and ways of working by challenging status quo.

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy in from all parts of the PSQIT production organisation.

About the Department The Analytics and Reporting Department is part of PSQIT Sustainability anchored within the Product Supply, Quality and IT organisation of [xxxxx]. The department has embarked on the journey of reducing the environmental footprint by using data and digital solutions to support decisions. We are among other things responsible for the reporting of energy, water, waste and CO2 emissions from Production and distribution as well as developing state-of-the-art solutions to support therein. The team consists of highly skilled data analysts and scientists as well as business analysts who drive data analysis, insights and intelligence on the environmental sustainability agenda for our expanding production sites. The Department is currently consisting of 15 people in HQ Bagsværd and 3 colleagues in Bangalore, India. We work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to implement the Circular for Zero environmental strategy into [xxxxx] production thus supporting our overall ambition to have zero environmental impact.
