The position As HR Business Partner, your primary goal is linking People & Organisation (P&O) activities to your areas’ business strategy and goals. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a change agent to develop and drive change initiatives.
  • Supporting the overall digital transformation and challenging the status quo while preserving excellent relationships with stakeholders.
  • Driving the annual processes, such as organizational development, Strategic Workforce planning, People Reviews, compensation processes, and employee engagement surveys
  • Creating business results by coaching, sparring, and discussing HR, business and organisational challenges.
  • You will mainly work with the VP’s and organisational development in your areas. Still, managers at all levels of leadership will approach you, requiring you to balance between day-to-day challenges and proposing solutions at a highly strategic and tactical level.
    Qualifications
    We seek a candidate with 5 years of relevant HR experience within a large, international, and culturally diverse environment and with a passion for organisational development. Other than that, we hope that you:
  • Thrive in proactive and independent work environments, relying on your HR skills while enjoying exploring synergies in working together across functions and business areas.
  • Have excellent analytical skills, flair for data, strong communication competence, the ability to facilitate and present, and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Have an eye for seeing possibilities for improvements and changes to add business value
  • Are familiar with Agile way of working (SAFe methodology)
  • Are comfortable with developing strategic initiatives requiring conceptual skills and implementing operational solutions.
  • Experience within the area of digital, data, and IT and from a global organisation is an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written English abilities.
  • You probably have an educational background within HR (e.g., Cand. Merc. HRM) or a similar education. You could also come from a leadership position or management consultancy with experience in organisational psychology and development. Most important is your business understanding and ability to truly combine business and organisation. About the department
    The position is based in the greater Copenhagen area with the opportunity to work in our headquarter in Bagsværd or one of our hubs in Ballerup, Måløv, or Søborg, or even at the IT University on Amager. You will be reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering in DD&IT and be part of a dedicated team supporting DD&IT to succeed with the vision of being a proactive, trusted partner providing business value through innovation and new digital solutions. You will be the HRBP business areas and support our modern way of working, as well as help drive a learning culture in the organisation through various cross-area initiatives.
