Combining local experience with global knowledge, we help shape the society of tomorrow</p><p> As a senior Manager or Director in our global Energy Sector team, you will work in the front line of helping organisations develop strategies and solutions to pursue opportunities and tackle the complexity of the energy transition.</p><p>We are seeking senior-level consultants with deep expertise within green energy transition, with the passion to help build our Energy Transition Consulting business. Senior Managers / Directors joining our team will lead a practice area or geography, including setting the strategy, leading business development, and overseeing team management, while overseeing project delivery.</p><p><strong> Inviting bright minds</strong></p><p>In this role, you will join our Global Energy Sector team in Ramboll Management Consulting. As a Senior Manager or Director, you’ll have a proven track record as an experienced management consultant with an emphasis on the energy transition, sustainability, and/or climate change strategy with international corporations. You’ll drive business development activities within your network and with other Ramboll clients while overseeing high-quality project execution and building the team to support your practice.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading growth and driving development in the Energy Sector, providing overall leadership for a defined practice or geography in the energy space (e.g. green fuels, CCUS, wind)</li><li>Build sector / offering specific capacity within the team, including providing formal and informal learning opportunities, and driving career development for junior team members</li><li>Developing long-term client relationships, building sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and growing and building the capacity of the required team to deliver against agreed-upon practice targets</li><li>Ensuring project delivery with a focus on client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships that position Ramboll as the partner of choice for our clients</li><li>Designing and driving strategy processes at a corporate, business unit and functional level</li><li>Analysing complex challenges and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses</li><li>Envisioning, designing and testing innovative, strategic solutions and communicating results and recommendations convincingly in a highly structured manner</li><li>Drive sales and opportunities, bridging relevant technical and commercial expertise to build credibility and develop client relationships</li><li>Collaborate with Ramboll engineering and EHS experts in deploying integrated energy transition solutions as a marketplace differentiator</li></ul><p><strong>For this role, we believe your starting point is:</strong></p><ul><li>Have 10-15+ years’ professional experience from the energy sector (i.e. green fuels, P2X, CCUS or other areas within the green transition)</li><li>Have proven consulting experience in leading and building clients accounts and teams</li><li>Experience either as a management consultant from a consultancy / in-house consultancy or from a strategy or sustainability position in an international company</li><li>Strong communication skills and a natural talent for driving progress and succeeding through teamwork</li><li>A reliable, solution-oriented and structured approach to work</li><li>Open and positive mindset</li><li>Professional proficiency in English<strong> </strong></li></ul>
