In this role, you will be playing a pivotal role in closing the gap towards a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be leading diverse teams and executing strategic projects across Ramboll globally. You will get consistent exposure to senior stakeholders & management while working to transform and improve our business from within.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Direct and deliver high-impact global strategic projects that enhance our operational platform. This involves articulating the project scope, developing, and adhering to plans, engaging, and influencing stakeholders, challenging solutions, and facilitating efficient execution</li><li>Supporting project owners across functions, business units and executive management to maximize results by applying core "consulting skills" in strategic problem structuring, project management and communication</li><li>Exercise effective and proactive stakeholder management, ensuring alignment of expectations and fostering collaborative relationships to support transformation objectives</li><li>Champion the change management process and ensuring delivery of benefits, working autonomously or in tandem with change managers across functions to ensure success</li><li>Designing, setting up, and running PMO’s delivering on large-scale transformations</li><li>Leading workstreams within programs or enterprise-level portfolios and executing on agreed scope</li><li>Contribute to development of methodology for transformation projects, incl. training and mentoring talents within the global function and in the business units</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team & international opportunities </strong></p><p>You will be part of Group Business Transformation, which is anchored in Ramboll’s Operational Excellence and Health & Safety function, whose ambition is to enable excellent business processes and project delivery to drive global consistency & excellence in our client delivery across our business units. Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.</p><p>These includes:</p><ul><li>Proven track record with strong experience in strategy or business transformation, ideally within a management consultancy or a comparable role in a large, international corporation</li><li>Hold a master’s degree in business administration, strategy, leadership, economics, engineering, or a related field</li><li>Ability to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders and a large organization including structuring documents and quantitative analysis turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for the executive level</li><li>Excellent quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems</li><li>Strong people skills and experience with leading project teams and engaging senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines: you work structured, know how to plan your own time, delivery and when/how to reach out for support</li><li>A ‘can do’-attitude to ensure things are acted upon in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A global mindset and excellent English communications skills</li></ul><p>To excel in this role, your personal attributes are as important as your professional skills.
