In FFEx QA we are supporting the expansions in [xxxxx] to ensure innovative products can get to patients in the future. Establishing cLEAN presence and leadership in an important initiative to secure compliance and highest quality since the cLEAN philosophy is to improve with Quality as the starting point. As cLEAN partner in FFEx QA, you will be a main contributor to the development of our cLEAN competences and cLEAN culture in the quality area and support us in living the cLEAN philosophy. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Development and implementation of cLEAN leader training for all leaders within FFEx QA.
  • Coaching and developing managers and employees in driving cLEAN leadership behaviours and using cLEAN systems and tools.
  • Identifying focus areas for improvements in the VP area and drive and support execution
  • Participating and sharing best practices across IP QA area through a cLEAN partner network, cLEAN academy, and other channels.
  • Driving and supporting the performance management processes in the VP area and ensure alignment with the NNQ strategic commitments.

  • An academic degree within relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management)
  • 3+ years of experience working with LEAN in daily life
  • Are certified within cLEAN (E.g. Black belt/DMAIC/2-star certified)
  • Have experience within driving process improvements, designing and executing cLEAN transformations
  • Have proven experience in coaching leaders and employees in all levels of an organisation
  • Have experience in teaching cLEAN principles, systems and tools – and cLEAN Leadership Behaviours to all levels in an organisation.
  • Have practical experience in analyzing data and trends
  • On a personal level you are passionate and have a natural drive to develop cLEAN culture. You have an ability to build trust and relations with leaders and employees and also possessing strong change management and interpersonal skills. You enjoy both working independently and within a team / with different partners and within different cultures and able to communicate fluently in English. About the department You will be joining FFEx QA, an area anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 25,000 of [xxxxx]’s 65,000 employees.
