The Position
As a Filling Professional, you will become a part of our fantastic and professional team, supporting operations, and carrying out process optimizations for our Isolator filling line.
Your primary responsibility will be to support challenges on our production lines. You will drive the resolution process, understanding process flow, equipment function, and finding the root cause of the problem through systematic troubleshooting.
Some other tasks will be: Ensuring compliance with validation, quality and GMP requirements. Resolving complex incidents in production. Communicate to and training of operators. Maintaining an innovative and LEAN mindset approach to your work. In addition to supporting daily production, you will also be responsible for implementing improvements and participating in projects. You will have a broad interface, communication with supporters, skilled workers, operators, production leaders, as well as logistics and QA. Therefore, it is important that you are skilled at building good relationships and communicate clearly and effectively. Qualifications You have a higher education degree with a focus on natural sciences or technology, such as engineering or a similar education, preferably supplemented with relevant experiences. You have professional experiences in a production environment, although this is not a requirement. You are comfortable working with processes, deviations, troubleshooting, Excel data, and validations/qualifications. You have knowledge of, or experience in adhering to GMP requirements. You have a good overview and a sharp analytical sense, making it easy for you to get to the root of issues and understand the connection between processes, materials, and equipment. You can communicate in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing, at a professional level. You will have plenty of opportunity to become acquainted with and improve in many exciting technologies, processes, and challenges, so you can develop your professional and personal skills.
If you are a newly graduate, it is crucial that you are prepared for a steep learning curve and possess the necessary drive to succeed in the role. It will be a great advantage if you are interested in and familiar with IT.

We are approximately 100 dedicated employees in the department, all based at site Bagsværd.
The department has two isolator lines, filling for clinical and marketed products.
