As the HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted partner to the local leadership team, supporting the build-up of Novo Nordisk’s new Emerging Technologies business area Furthermore, you will drive strategic impact within the HR agenda and be a key player in developing and supporting senior leadership teams to succeed.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Being a trusted partner to the local leadership teams by translating business strategies into relevant P&O (People & Organization) actions
• Ensuring organizational readiness through organizational development, resource management, and leadership development
• Maintaining and further developing stable HR processes for a new business unit
Alongside your HR Business Partners colleagues as well as global support functions, you will continuously be reviewing, assessing, and evolving the business to drive organizational efficiency and agility.
Also, you will be driving the strategic and operational discussions in the leadership teams regarding leadership, organizational design, governance, performance culture and sustainable well-being.
Lastly, you will be shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk way.
Qualifications
You are a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully.

• Someone who can set direction and make things happen, but also knows when to look for alternatives in an ever-changing environment

To succeed in the role, you have:
• An academic degree in HR, Psychology, Organization, Business Management, or similar, but you might also be from a completely different field
• Are Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Previous leadership/managerial experience would be advantageous
• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience in large organizations with a complex stakeholder landscape

The P&O Business Partnering team currently consists of eleven HR professionals and together we are driving the strategic HR agenda in Emerging Technologies. Our team is constantly developing, and we are looking for new colleagues for the ongoing journey. Together, we will be responsible for developing our organization, leaders, and employees to meet current and future needs. We take pride in collaborating across and having a sustainable work environment where we have fun and are energized every day.
