The position
As a Global Project Lead in the CSCA Executive Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects, key business processes, and supporting critical decision-making by our senior leaders and governance boards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving and coordinating a range of activities and updates towards senior management, engaging with their teams across CSCA and other parts of [xxxxx].
• Driving cross-functional strategic projects and deliverables, including the CSCA strategic business plan process, and supporting communication.
• Leading CSCA leadership engagements and activities.
• Driving preparations for governance and senior management meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on actions with the line organization.
• Collaborating closely with CSCA management and the line organization to solve business-critical tasks, analyze and resolve matters.
This position will give you the chance to work on a broad range of commercial and corporate issues, often with tight deadlines. It requires flexibility as activities are often ad hoc and given on short notice. You will be challenged, have fun, and get energized by being part of the executive environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• A Master’s degree in business, administration, marketing, or other relevant fields.
• Experience from a leading management consulting firm or working with cross-functional project management or a commercial function within healthcare.
• Strong analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility and the ability to work independently and in teams, taking responsibility for your own tasks.
• A professional mindset and a desire to take initiative.
As a person you are innovative, customer-focused, and adept at uniting colleagues and diverse viewpoints to address challenges and projects. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and understandably.
