The position As a Project Associate you will be involved in driving our Future Manufacturing programme that have a strategic impact on our manufacturing site in Bagsværd. In this role, you will drive and facilitate projects of varying complexity, providing you with ample opportunities to learn and grow. Moreover, you will engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and will help set the direction for the project team, while being responsible for project metrics, as well as shaping future projects. You will be anchored in Business Support, referring to our Project Director for the Future Injectable Finished Products in Bagsværd (IFP BA) programme. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • An Academic Degree in STEM, Business or other relevant field

  • Experience within project management, preferably projects in production, development, or quality assurance

  • Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements (GMP) within pharmaceutical products is an advantage

  • Professional proficiency in English


  • As a person, you are a self-starter, that is capable to set direction and drive results independently. You possess leadership and interpersonal skills, and can engage people, build trust, and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects. You are comfortable in a rapid changing and dynamic work environment and can prioritize and not lose sight of the bigger picture.

    Bagsværd is part of the production network for Aseptic Manufacturing at [xxxxx]. The position is in part of Business Support – an area responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and EHS. The Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM BA) Business Support department is a vital part of [xxxxx], supporting various business areas with project management expertise.
