The position
As Business Development Partner, you will get the opportunity to be part of the Transformation & Strategy team in Digital Supply Chain. You will work in close collaboration with the management team and define and lead strategic process initiatives and communication. [xxxxx]’s supply chain is transforming rapidly, and an important component of this transformation journey is digitalisation. The job will give you a solid knowledge of the Supply Chain and the Novo Nordisk organisation as it requires a strong focus on stakeholder management and communication across functions and organisational levels to communicate and align on the future of [xxxxx]’s supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Strategic partner to Digital Supply Chain management team
  • Drive clear internal communication on multiple levels
  • Translate abstract concepts and future possibilities into concrete use-cases and value-scenarios
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making through solid business cases and good story-telling towards senior management
  • Facilitate and drive critical tasks across the organisation on an operational, tactical and strategic level in collaboration with relevant senior stakeholders within and outside of the area.

  • You will independently drive several alignment and communication initiatives simultaneously and work closely with the team and stakeholders across the organisation, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Qualifications
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of communication, business administration, supply chain, IT product management, or strategy/business development
  • Experience in driving and communicating strategic projects and advising senior leadership
  • Excellent power-point skills and the ability to communicate the clear why, how, and what to a diverse group of stakeholders
  • A well-developed toolbox for working with and effectively communicating business cases and strategic analyses and constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a holistic problem-solving approach
  • Interesting in understanding the needs and the challenges of the business
  • On a personal level, you are curious, ambitious and have a critical sense. Building trusting relationships across organisational levels is natural for you and you can influence the organisation around you. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Danish. We expect you to have a great interest in Supply Chain and IT products.

    About the department
    Digital Supply Chain is a central function in the Supply Chain organisation in Product Supply, managing and developing cross-functional Supply Chain IT systems and processes. We are app. 100 employees in Bagsvaerd (DK) and 15 in Bangalore (India).
    The department is overall responsible for the digital transformation of [xxxxx]’s supply chain. This includes maintenance and upgrade of existing systems such as the planning system, cold-chain, and the ERP-system. But it also includes analytics and decision intelligence data platforms, and associated value realisation cases.
