The position In close collaboration with the Diabetes PVP, you will drive launch preparations, Life Cycle Management, and GPT-related activities for a unique diabetes product. This product is expected to drive significant growth for [xxxxx], making it highly critical with a high degree of top management involvement and demanding high-quality deliverables with speed and scope. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Lead strategy development and execution for LCM initiatives in diabetes, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality end products with strong stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead GPT and sub-GPT meetings, ensuring project progression and effective decision-making according to key deliverables.
  • Efficiently allocate resources and prioritize tasks within the GPT to focus on core activities and high-impact work.
  • Active role in the annual strategy development process, collaborating with cross-functional leads to ensure ambitious and targeted initiatives.
  • Provide proactive input and collaboration for portfolio considerations and alignment with diabetes-related commercial activities.
  • On top of that, in collaboration with the Diabetes PVP you will ensure a high-performing team and promote a positive departmental working environment and culture of knowledge sharing. Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Significant proven project management experience (at least 3-5 years) with top management involvement.
  • Has both external experience from driving large cross organisational and transformation global /regional projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong commercial capabilities, navigating in a complex matrix organisation.
  • It will be an advantage experience with launches, as well as having any serious chronic disease experience or knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken
  • As a person, you have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, assertive mindset and you are able to ensure progress in difficult stakeholder landscape. Is expected to have a high degree of flexibility. Fluency in written and spoken English will be required for this position.
