Project Manager within Training

The position As a Project Manager in ET QA your primary responsibility will be to drive projects related to training across our organization which currently consists of four departments located in Denmark, Ireland, and the US. In close collaboration with our training supporters, QA professionals, specialists, and managers you will be expected to simplify, optimize, and streamline our current training setup to ensure fast and efficient training of both new and experienced QA colleagues. Your responsibility
  • Manage, coordinate, facilitate, execute, and follow-up on improvement projects regarding onboarding and training.
  • Streamline training setup across the organization.
  • Develop and execute project plans, inclusive timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including local training supporters, global quality training partners, and management to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager within a GxP regulated area.
  • Exceptional skills in driving projects from identifying needs to implementation and follow up.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across various international locations in an efficient and proactive manner.
  • Experience with training and onboarding.
  • Full professional proficiency in English

    About the department
    Emerging Technologies QA employ approximately 200 employees and we are still growing. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets and future emerging technologies products for the market.
    You will become part of a great QA department – Emerging Technologies QA New Entry & Support – with many interfaces around the organization. The department consists of around 30 people divided into four teams. This position is in the support team, that consists of 6 highly knowledgeable and skilled people, working with process management, inspection & audit, training, data engineering etc.
