In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Citrix with colleagues in India and Denmark, ensuring daily operations of Citrix processes across all domains on the production network globally, providing advanced troubleshooting, while focusing on agile implementation - raising security levels and simplifying operations on PSnet.
Your key responsibilities are:
  • Handling daily operations by ensuring the right technical solution and compliance with regulatory requirements, and securing alignment with the corporate initiative in Global IT
  • Being in close contact with customers to clarify their needs and select the solution that best supports their needs
  • Supporting development within your own technology area and delivering results that have direct impact within the functional area
  • Contribute to parts of large-scale IT projects, as well as implementing own optimization or improvement projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance/quality related tasks and responsibilities across your area of expertise are listed and performed, to maintain QMS requirements
  • Please be aware that our role will require readiness for on call duty for approximately 6 weeks per year. Which qualifications to bring?
    We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • MSC, BA or relevant technology experience preferably supported by high level technical certifications (Citrix, Virtualization, and Security Certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate - Networking (CCA-N), Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V), VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft and Cloud Certifications
  • Strong understanding and work experience with managing, deploying, and troubleshooting Citrix for applications, in Physical and Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, NetScaler, App-V and XenApp
  • Solid work experience with Citrix, Virtualization, operational support and Citrix infrastructure in large environments,
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to excel in troubleshooting, collaboration and customer service
  • Good understanding of infrastructure, operations domain area, other IT technologies (e.g., covering networks, servers, platforms, applications, etc)

Our team looks after the definition, implementation, and maintenance of the Production IT network infrastructure (PSnet), which supports the manufacturing equipment and applications used in the production process.
