The position We are looking for a strong entrepreneurial leader to fill the position as Director of IT Process & Privacy. This position holds the overall responsibility for development and maintenance of governance of IT processes and IT privacy in DD&IT. In this role, you will report to the Corporate Vice President of DD&IT Business Support & Program Office and be an active member of the Management team. As Director of IT Process & Privacy, you will lead a team of 10 members which include members working in Global Business Support, India. You will be navigating with stakeholders at all levels in our organisation, from IT specialists and programmers to leaders and directors of IT and digital functions, and even further to CVP and SVP level for quality management activities and compliance risks. The position holder will be responsible for on-going IT process development and governance:

Design, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT processes.

Drive the implementation of the IT & Quality processes program, a cross-organizational program in collaboration with Corporate Quality.

Drive the definition and implementation of governance for Digital, Data & IT processes.

Maintenance of the IT & Quality Portal (Incl. Document Kit).

Process Owner Delegate for selected Digital, Data & IT processes and thereby responsible for process performance and improvements.

The Director of IT Process & Privacy has a high impact and visibility that requires strong leadership, broad value chain knowledge, cross-cultural understanding, and excellent communication capabilities. Qualifications
As future Director of IT Process & Privacy, we expect you to meet the following:

15+ years of relevant experience with IT, e.g., project management or IT service management.

7+ years in people management positions, incl. being leader of leaders.

7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Strong knowledge of the current and future use of IT and the pharmaceutical industry.

Good coaching skills and ability to motivate individuals and teams to deliver high performance.

As a person, you have a good understanding of the global IT industry, including exposure specifically to the intersection between quality management, technology and digitalisation. You carry strong leadership, change and entrepreneur capabilities, and a drive towards continuous improvement. You have a high degree of independence, high-quality mindset, and can maintain an overview also under time pressure. Furthermore, you have a strong understanding of cultural diversity.
