The position As our Project Manager, you will be working from both Høje Taastrup and Odense and will have the opportunity to:
  • Drive projects independently throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Work on diverse projects related to IT, equipment, and validation.
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on all related tasks/processes related to scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality, and project risk.
  • As a natural part of your projects, you will be in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site, as well as external vendors.

  • You will actively contribute with learnings and experiences with rest of the project team to mature and strengthen our ability to run projects more efficiently.   • Educated to degree level with some years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent within a production environment, GMP regulated environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • IT experience such as SAP/ Tableau, equipment and/ or validation experience knowledge is desirable.
  • Experiences/ knowledge of LEAN processes is desirable.
  • While prior experience in project management is highly valued, we recognise that there are numerous paths that may lead to excelling in this role. Therefore, we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.

    About the department
    Novo Nordisk is significantly increasing its manufacturing capacity across all areas to serve more patients in the coming years.   Our department is working to expand the capacity of our Biotech and Rare Disease production. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.  Our new organization has just started its growth journey, and this is a unique chance to be part of a start-up environment within a large multinational organisation.
