The PositionAs an Associate Process Engineer, you will join a project that is ramping up, meaning there will be lots of opportunities to influence your own tasks by weighing in and taking responsibility of your work. The candidate will be, when in operations, first point of entry on our fully automated storage and transport system. Your key tasks will include:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and enhancement of highly automated storage and transport systems.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operational efficiency in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Assisting in problem solving, developing preventive measures, and implementing them within an advanced automated manufacturing setup.

  • Together with our Project Lead, ensuring validation and efficiency by maintaining and documenting processes, standard operating procedures, and job instructions.

  • Ad-hoc problem-solving during implementation and integration.

  • This position is a great opportunity to gain deep knowledge in API business support and automation systems throughout a complex value chain. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:
  • An academic degree within mechanical in engineering, robotics, production or similar and relevant experience after graduating.

  • Practical knowledge in navigating tools and systems like MS Projects, Excel and Power Point with ease and impact.

  • Experience in working with SRV (Science- and Risk-based Validation) is an advantage.

  • A “can-do” mindset, with a structured and systematic approach to tasks.

  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Your natural curiosity will be crucial to your success, as will your skills in coordinating and collaborating efficiently throughout the organization.
