The position As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with other department assistants to solve cross-organisational tasks. Your 'need-to' mindset will help maintain standardized administrative processes across the organisation and avoid over-processing. Your main tasks will be:
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders as an active member of the PPI management team
• Support management team with coordinating activities, reporting, agendas, and minutes
• Play a key role in onboarding internal and external colleagues, planning department/team activities, and contributing to department strategy and organisational change management initiatives
• Assist with budget planning and monthly follow-up for the department budget
• Prioritize tasks, work independently, and be proactive in driving new initiatives and process improvements while maintaining standardised administrative processes across the organisation Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • Preferably have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• You can communicate effectively in Danish and English
• Proficient in MS Office365 and its interconnected functionalities
• Experienced in budget planning and control, with a flair for numbers and familiarity with SAP system
• Preferably have experience in management teams or dynamic organisations

You are self-driven, work autonomously, and take a proactive approach to ensure effective coordination. You are adaptable and can quickly adjust to new situations in a constantly changing environment. Furthermore, you have expertise in handling sensitive information and are proficient in delivering presentations with exceptional communication skills. About the department Purification Plant 1 (PPI) is a production department responsible for insulin purification.
