. Are you a seasoned Sourcing Project Manager ready to spearhead the transformation of sourcing processes in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment? The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing sourcing processes related to process aids in an area that is requiring operational, tactical, and strategic development. The primary focus will be on systems for reordering, inventory management, and documentation/compliance within a GMP manufacturing environment. The position:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and optimise inventory management processes, ensuring adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
  • Drive the development and implementation of a robust replenishment system.
  • Establish master data in SAP and create processes and systems linking to production planning and inventory management.
  • Setup a demand planning process to support the S&OP process.
  • Contribute to setting up processes for good documentation practice for both existing and new process aids.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement and GMP compliance.
  • Author of either supplier/product qualification and/or change notifications, change controls and deviation handling.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within a GMP-regulated production environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing replenishment processes in an immature or developing operational area.
  • Strong understanding of GMP standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance within sourcing activities.
  • Project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and lead process improvement efforts.
  • Proficiency in SAP, with the ability to utilize SAP features for automatic replenishment, inventory management, and process documentation.
  • Understand the value and license to operate criticality of supplier/product qualification, change notifications, change controls and deviation handling.
