Aseptic Supporter

The Position The Aseptic Support team’s responsibility is to support the daily operation of filling and freeze drying and ensure support for a range of projects around implementation of new equipment and environmental monitoring, apart from deviation prevention and optimisation changes to our setup. You will have eleven immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds. In this position you will have the following tasks:

Daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.

Process confirmation and continuous improvement of aseptic behaviour.

Deviation handling and prevention using systematic problem solving.

Driving projects regarding changes to aseptic processes.

Moreover, you will participate in continuous improvements and simplification in our production, ensuring that learnings are shared across the department. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you have:

A relevant academic degree in Natural Science, Engineering or similar.

Knowledge of basic chemistry and process engineering.

Knowledge or experience with aseptic production and behaviour is considered a strong advantage.

You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them.

Proficiency in English and Danish.

About the Department Our department (Aseptic Filling under Biotech & Rare Disease Finished Products in Gentofte) is responsible for aseptic production of haemophilia products using a traditional aseptic filling line.
