Maintenance Supporter

The Position
We are a dedicated supporter team in maintenance with a high team spirit and fair portion of office humor, and now we are looking for a new colleague to expand our team.
The core job is focused on applying the best possible maintenance strategies for our new factory with all that is required to do so. In addition, there is plenty of room for improvement to our 2 existing factories. However, in many occasions there will be unforeseen events where you are expected to be the departments main technical problem solver. In maintenance support you will be in one of the most cross-linked teams, getting to know all other 13 teams in the factory and many suppliers. Your main tasks will be to:
• Be responsible for ensuring a high degree maintenance reliability at three recovery lines and supporting utility systems
• Reduce breakdowns related to equipment
• Technical knowledge sharing and support for production
• Smaller to medium sized projects, upgrading and validating the production equipment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the following will be required:
• A background as engineer, electrical installer or similar
• Adaptive mindset and technical understanding
• Experience with maintenance data, RCM and GMP is an advantage
• Interests in robotics
• Good communication skills in Danish and English
As a person, you are sociable, positive by nature and can cope with a sometimes-high work pace, without losing track. You are responsible, take initiative, curious about processes. You are passionate about improving processes and can see the value in establishing and following standards for work processes.
About the Department
M2 Recovery is a production department based in PS API, Kalundborg. The department produces intermediates for the Novo Nordisk Insulin and GLP-1 portfolio. We are approx. 230 employees divided into 13 teams. The maintenance team is now supporting two recovery lines in production. A new line is under construction, where initiatives regarding preventive maintenance are starting up.
