As a Project Portfolio Manager you will report to the Head of the WareX Programme. Your role will include creating and managing project portfolios, guiding the organization in making appropriate decisions through transparent decision-making, ensuring a solid process for assessing new potential project’s readiness, complexity to ensure the programme can commit to new projects. Key responsibilities:
  • Structure and own the In-Take process for new projects in the WareX Programme
  • Verify the entire portfolio to ensure that all activities comply with applicable requirements, both internal and external in alignment with track leads (Integration Office, Deployment manager, etc)
  • Point of contact to new incoming projects in the programme establishing our requirements and expectations to new projects
  • Gather and research information and ideas, including new products, for potential projects. Prioritize projects considering constraints such as budget, human resources, and delivery dates, and find the best projects to achieve the portfolio while effectively managing stakeholder relationships
  • Periodically share portfolio status updates and best practices with the project portfolio manager at the overseas site
  • Ensure a clear in-take process for new projects and assessment of projects and programme’s readiness to approve new projects
  • Continuously seek opportunities for implementing new templates, structures, tools to support the portfolio management and thereby the programme
  • You will work closely together with the Transformation Office Lead, Integration Office Lead, Deployment Lead among others. The program includes both internal and external employees as well as close collaboration to external vendors and our LoB colleagues. Qualifications
    The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
  • Master’s degree or above is required
  • Highly structured with the ability to find solutions to ensure smooth processes are implemented
  • Business-level English and Danish (reading, writing, speaking) required
  • Project portfolio management experience with a focus on investment prioritization and resource optimization required
  • Project management experience at a manufacturing site for facilities related to production, storage and logistics requiredWe would like you to come with extended stakeholder management skills and ensure strong partnership with the production sites and the program.
